We invite colleagues in public policy and related areas to submit proposals for organized panels and individual papers. We welcome proposals from all policy domains and related fields such as public administration. Organized panels should consist of a minimum of 4 papers on the main or sub-theme.

Panel proposals should submit a 1000 - 1500 word abstract on the overarching panel theme. Individual paper proposals should consist of a 500 - 800 word abstract of the research paper. Once accepted, authors are requested to submit a full paper prior to the conference.

The conference committee seeks sessions that will advance knowledge state capacity in India and the region more broadly as well as any comparative studies that have a significant bearing on the literature.
